This is good news for all music and radio listeners. After a long waiting FM has reached in Silchar. If the trial pack can create this excitement, what will happen when the ultimatum will touch the line. Yes, now FM connect Silchar has made a place in the broad bracket alongside other big cities.
FM connect Silchar via Rainbow FM channel direct from Delhi at 100.1 Mhz. AIR is experimenting in Silchar with Rainbow FM as a Trial Version. The young generation of Silchar seem to be very excited to enjoy the musical session.
Though it’s a trial pack but will enjoy the 24 hours rhythm probably within six month said by S. Nellai Nayagam, Director Engineer, AIR Silchar. K. P. Yadav Assistant Engineer, AIR Silchar told at an introduction session that to offer much better services the FM listeners of Silchar by setting down of a 5 kilowatt transmitter.
Initially Silchar is having musical session from 6am to 10pm. People are seen waiting eagerly to have the permanent FM at their hometown. Though the current broadcast is indirect and per time, but people are enjoying it.
When this permanent FM will start and is it available in Phase ||| auction..if not when it will suppose to start?
